Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ravin account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
